Location: You must reside in either the NYC (Five Boroughs) or NJ area; however, this is a fully REMOTE roleHQ is in Pasadena, CARegional Director, Sales & Dealer DevelopmentWe are currently seeking a Regional Director to direct the development of Fox Dealer Interactive strategies and product/service offerings within a regional geography. This position will also direct the strategies, tactics and relationships for Fox Dealer within assigned regional geography. This role also entails building and maintaining new business relationships. Additionally, it will provide the leadership, development, and direction for the implementation of business/sales strategies to maximize revenue and profits through maintenance of penetration of existing customers.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Visiting all assigned accounts and conducting monthly performance reviews with those Clients; the reviews will include but are not limited to: performance metrics review, campaign reviews/optimizations, Google Analytics walkthrough, sales objectives for the dealership and up-sells to promote digital portfolio growth and diversificationServe as a regional liaison between the Fox Dealer internal team consisting of Media operations, Client Support, Paid Search, and the Fox Executive TeamDirect and manage sales productivity and profitability in an effort to achieve designated profit objectives within respective geographical responsibilityDirect and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, bids, and contract renewalsAccurate forecasting of the current and future month's sales objectives; being able to accurately and concisely communicate those numbers to your direct SupervisorDevelop, maintain, and utilize pricing models for all major markets and implement service agreements that are consistent with Fox Dealer's financial objectivesCoordinate/foster business relationships with third party companies that may be supporting certain Fox Dealer technologies to the ClientProvide leadership and support for VP, Sales, Area VP, Regional Operations Director, Operations, and the Fox Executive Team with any other specific assigned projectsThe ability to adapt quickly to company changes as well as the hunger for growthPosition Requirements:Education & Experience:Required: Automotive Industry experience & relevant Dealer contactsEducation equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating a proven track record of sales successPreferred: 5+ years in-store automotive retail experience & outside sales (selling to automotive dealers)Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and/or Google Drive), SalesForce CRMA working knowledge of Google Analytics (certification a plus)Total Compensation: 100k-300kWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.Powered by JazzHR
