Join our journey!The North America New Accounts & Expansion sales team is hiring a motivated, self-driven sales leader to lead the sales acceleration of our travel agency business. The key goal for this role is build strategic relationships and identify opportunities to grow our North America sales pipeline. This includes designing long-term client engagement strategy, establishing, and managing C-level and other relevant relationships in the accounts, negotiating and sales closing.Team DescriptionOur team is looking for a Regional Director who will report to the Regional General Manager in our Sabre office. This role will be accountable for a territory in the Airline IT sales and account management team, with the focus on delivering sustainable growth.Role and Responsibilities:Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business, which includes new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities across the Airline IT Territory in NAM.Evolve annual territory sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and riskNegotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre revenuesPartner with other members of the organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial successImplement and maintain effective sales management to provide current and accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts to support business growthSell new solutions to both existing and new customers to reach annual regional sales targetsEstablish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels, positioning Sabre as an innovative player in the territoryProvide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadershipWork closely with the marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting leaders to ensure activities (including marketing strategies, implementation, and execution) are aligned with the overall corporate strategyFoster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre; responsible for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the regionPreferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:Minimum 15 years of relevant sales and sales leadership work experienceDegree in relevant fieldExtensive understanding of market landscape, including knowledge of key players, knowledge of the competitive landscape, key trends, opportunities, and challengesProven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful closePassion and success managing and growing a sales organizationProven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProfessional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skillsCritical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriersStrong people skills and extremely resourcefulStrong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software spaceSabre Offers the Following Outstanding Benefits:Very competitive compensationGenerous Paid Time Off (25 PTO days)4 days (one day/quarter) Volunteer Time Off (VTO)5 days off annually for Year-End BreakWe offer a comprehensive medical, dental and Wellness Program12 weeks paid parental leaveAn infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangementsFormal and informal reward, recognition and acknowledgement programsLots of fun and engaging employee development eventsReasonable Accommodation Sabre is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
