A high-volume establishment serving thousands daily seeks a results-driven Regional Food Service Manager to lead its food department and oversee operations at a big store in Monsey or multiple smaller stores in Brooklyn. This leadership role focuses on ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all locations. Responsibilities Include:
- Manage food department operations at a large flagship location.
- Oversee product preparation, inventory management, and quality control at multiple stores.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards across locations.
- Train and support managers and staff to foster professional growth and team success.
- Hours are 7 AM-3 PM Sunday-Friday.
