Job Location : Worcester,MA, USA
Primarily responsible for working as liaison in assigned region assisting Consumers/ Participants and PCAs/DCWs with inquiries and problem resolution. This role will extend to providing general in-person support to visitors for questions and documentation related to the overall FI program. The regional liaison will also be trained and capable of providing training and support for the Tempus EVV solution. Finally, the regional liaison will coordinate with the Consumer Advisory Board coordinator to address concerns and review opportunities within that region. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements.
