What You'll Do:
* Champion Safety: Foster a proactive, safety-first culture focused on continuous improvement.
* Keep Things Running: Maintain all equipment in top-notch condition with well-planned preventative maintenance procedures.
* Inventory: Manage and oversee spare parts inventory, ensuring we have what we need when we need it.
* Project Manager: Develop timelines for repairs and ensure projects stay on track.
* Hands-On Problem Solver: Make regular site visits to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
* Documentation Expert: Keep detailed maintenance logs and assist with departmental budgets.

Qualifications:
* Experience: At least three years of maintenance experience, with a preference for welding skills and experience in repairing metal processing equipment, heavy machinery, and trucks.
* Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
