What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager with a dynamic and proactive attitude to join our team! The Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing both the operational and financial aspects of our Pittsburgh, PA portfolio. Key responsibilities include steering the activities of various properties to align with business goals, emphasizing financial performance, ensuring optimal staffing, and effective management. The Regional Manager is also tasked with training and guiding multiple managers, providing leadership on operational and financial matters, and leading property operations teams for multifamily and mixed-use properties to ensure excellent customer service and maximize asset value.

Essential Job Duties:

Team Development and Leadership:

• Trains, monitors, and coaches property managers and maintenance supervisors

• Hires staff, conducts performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with Human Resources

• Holds regional meetings for training and implements new strategies.

Operational Management:

• Provides assistance to property managers on resident issues

• Ensures the portfolio meets established operational and financial goals

• Maintains accurate records

• Seeks ways to enhance service quality and efficiency

Financial Management:

• Reviews and adjusts property budgets and participates in pricing strategies and budgetary issues

• Works with asset management on annual budget development, manages collections, and maintains accurate financial and resident ledger records
