Job Description :
Creates and manages local employee recognition programs including but not limited to: Annual Fish Fry and various local company events. Manage and track Employee Anniversary Program. Manage Monarch Perks including company marketplace, ski passes, and discountprograms. Share ideas for events at properties across the portfolio and encourage activities and annualholiday parties. Plan and coordinate MIMG meetings and events. Manage local volunteer events, blood drives and CPR training. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as directed by his or her supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience . to 3 years' experience in employee engagement and development. Event planning. Exceptional communication and people skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
