LCOR Incorporated is a National Real Estate Company principally focused in the eastern United States. Services include investment, residential and commercial property management, asset management, construction and development services. LCOR currently manages approximately 9,000 multifamily units, 8 million square feet of commercial space and a substantial development pipeline of mixed-use real estate. We are currently seeking a full time Regional Property Manager to oversee our PA/NJ Metro area with a minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager. The Regional Property Manager will be responsible, under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Residential Property Management, for all phases of the operation of a portfolio of properties, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the properties; direction and control of all personnel and resources to ensure that the properties are maintained at all times in good physical condition with stabilized fiscal operations; work with your property teams to develop financial budgets under the guidelines established by management to meet NOI expectations and manage the analysis and reporting of the results to Management; ensure that all property managers under your supervision are familiar with and understand the LCOR company policies and procedures, safety, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws, guidelines and liability concerns pertaining to apartment communities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain and manage the financial responsibilities for the portfolio with the assistance of the Property Financial Analysts. Implement the strategic operations for the portfolio at the direction of the Director of Residential Property Management. Manage the Personnel responsibilities for the portfolio. Ensure other responsibilities of Property Managers are being carried out properly following company policies and procedures providing support as necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience managing a portfolio of 5 or more communities that are on average 250-unit complexes. Significant unit renovation experience is a plus. Experience with computers (Word and Excel), Internet and email, and other relevant applications are required. Thorough knowledge of Yardi and property management software, i.e. revenue management, resident screening, utility billing, collections. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exercises problem solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree, CAM, ARM or CCRM designations are preferred. Ability to work weekends and after hours as necessary due to emergency or business need. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Constant need (50% to 100%) to travel via airplane, train or utilize personal transportation. Must maintain valid driver's license and car registration and maintain proper automobile insurance if driving a vehicle for business purposes.
