We develop, market, sell, and support over 30 product families in the areas ofCustomer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & AutomationThe HCL Software Sales Executive is a hunter role, responsible for creating incremental net newlicense revenue and services growth across the assigned territories, within the FinancialServices industry.The Sales Executive is a key hunter sales role in the US Northeast direct sales channel. It is asales role focused on selling HCL Software products to drive business growth and pipeline tothe Top Enterprise Software Accounts within Financial Services, in support of the company srevenue goals.This individual will be responsible for navigating through both the customer s and HCL sorganization to identify and close net new opportunities throughout the Northeast.Drive Growth by maximizing business value for the Customer & HCL SoftwareResponsibilities: Responsible for achieving Software New License, Software Renewals and SoftwareServices Target Establish and grow deep trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders who aredecision-makers and influencers of buying decisions affecting our software products, atthe target accounts. Understand and anticipate the stakeholders business problems and position oursoftware products as solutions to those problems in a way that demonstrates businessvalue to the client. Identify and construct multi- year and multi-product deals that deliver strategic businessvalue to the client. Effectively engaging and building collaborative cross-functional relationships with HCLSW - Product Sales Specialist team, Technical Advisors, Customer Success Managers,Legal, and HCL Senior Executives as requiredQualifications: Bachelor s Degree with 5+ years Enterprise Software Sales experience, FinTechpreferred. Proven success in closing complex deals & technical understanding of EnterpriseSoftware opportunities Proven ability to manage CXO relationships with Top Enterprise Software CustomerAccounts Proven ability to work across culturally diverse teams to solve partner and customerissues Strong communication and presentation skills & good understanding of HCL Softwarebusiness models Deep understanding of Software Licensing business/sales model Experience driving direct as well as partner led sales engagements Strong partnering, collaboration, and negotiation skillsTravel: 30-50% trave (1.)
