PagerDuty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Growth Sales team. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales. As a Regional Director, you will be focused on recruitment, enablement, and execution for the Enterprise Sales team. You will drive revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering customer success of the Enterprise business (Global 2000 / $500M+ Revenue). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and exceeding revenue targets. Our sales leadership team is committed to building the best salesforce and creating an environment where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
You will bring with you meaningful software industry experience in any of the following: modern SaaS, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.

PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. This role is expected to come into our Atlanta office one time per week.
The base salary range for this position is 168,000 - 231,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
