Our passion and creative drive ensure that we are an innovative force – across the globe at over 80 TRUMPF locations.Regional Sales Managers ResponsibilitiesContact existing customer base by phone and email to offer and pitch Service Agreements and Smart Services.Review internal systems and databases to identify additional opportunities to contact customers and identify unsolicited opportunities.Expanding customer relationships with new and existing customersAssist in creating sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates.Maintain customer contact activities in our CRM as part of the Customer Care ConceptFollow-up on difficult customer issues with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivityWork closely with Customer Service Administrators to ensure the customer's needs are understood so they can prepare a suitable quotation in a timely fashionPreparation of regularly scheduled reports and/ or presentationsAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for Service Agreements and Smart Services.Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as required.Ability to receive and act appropriately on developmental feedback.Consistent and accountable use of TRUMPF - Plymouth, MI (TUSD) standard sales systems like e.g. C4C, SAPProspect and qualify potential new companies and customers for TRUMPF lasers and systems in the assigned territoryProduce and maintain market information relevant to territoryAny additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by managementAdhere to all company guidelinesTravelTravel 25%Regional Sales Manager Education & ExperienceFirm experience in business to business sales and CRM.Experience and good connections to the main target industries is required.
