Clayton Services is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join a thriving company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $85,000-$110,000/year plus commission and bonus

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all support sales groups
- Visit customers
- Promote and execute corporate sales and marketing plans
- Analyze sales data to determine sales strategy for the territory
- Review product design and adapt to customer needs in cooperation with R&D
- Understand customer requirements and specifications in the process of preparing a quotation
- Introduce and present program and capabilities to customers
- Plan and implement the quantitative objectives within budgeted guidelines
- Maintain contact with potential customers to develop a strong relationship
- Generate order confirmations and provide them to the engineering department
- Stay up to date on customer, market, and technology trends as they relate to current and future business opportunities
- Continuously analyze, observe, and monitor the competition to understand and articulate the differences fully between competitors
- Develop and support marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in coordination with marketing and management
- Attend trade shows
- Other duties as assigned

Regional Sales Manager Education and Experience:
- A minimum of five years of relevant sales experience in the pneumatic conveying and/or oil and gas industries is required
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required
