Drive sales and promote TYTAN Professional and other initiatives for Selena USA, Inc. to various distribution, direct contractors, while supporting and motivating independent and company representative(s) through features and benefits, by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver sales presentations to clients or prospective customers in coordination with internal sales representatives and/or independent representatives.
- Meet with clients to develop, build and maintain relationships, while identifying, negotiating, and closing profitable business opportunities.
- Compile and report a list of prospective customers, based on information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet web sites, and other sources.
- Travel within assigned territory (Metro NYC & N. NJ) to call on established and prospective customers to solicit orders and drive demand with customers. Attend customer events, local, regional, and national tradeshows as approved and applicable to promote product sales.
- Ability to sell TYTAN Professional products with an emphasis on hands-on training and demonstration using samples and displaying salable product features and benefits.
- Review business plans with customers periodically or as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer challenges ranging from product related issues, receivables, etc.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, staff, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Contribute to a positive image of the Company by always engaging in professional conduct when representing Selena USA, Inc. This contribution involves proactively supporting team building initiatives, sharing best practices and innovative ideas for improvement, and communicating with others in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Employees are expected to dress in a professional manner and respond promptly to calls, emails, and other related correspondence.

- Good working knowledge of TYTAN Professional products and their respective applications within the industry.
- Ability to remain flexible and manage multiple assignments or projects simultaneously.
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
- The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access are required.
Education and Experience Required
- At least 5+ years related field experience. Prior experience within insulation category and/or polyurethane foam sealants and adhesives required.
