Regional Sales Manager - Northeast: CT, MA, NJ, NYJob DescriptionA successful Regional Sales Manager will be a true sales and distributor manager professional in this role. This role is designed to grow distribution in a specific territory, build volume in a dedicated account base, and travel up to 30% of the time for consumer events, education tradeshows, and, most importantly, distributor meetings and work withs. A comprehensive understanding of the brand and the category is expected, as is the desire to continually study the industry and the skills required to excel in the role. A Regional Sales Manager is expected to be a brand builder, account manager, sales motivator, relationship builder, educator, and public speaker.ResponsibilitiesDevelops rapport and personally calls on targeted accounts by channel.Must maintain and actively work the targeted account list.Analyzes data, including depletion reports, and converts insights into actions.QualificationsAt least 7 years sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry with demonstrated success meeting key metrics.Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving.This role must have strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers.Candidates must be able to travel and work nights and weekends as required.Office, Travel and Lifting Requirements: This is a home office position which typically requires three to four days per week of travel within a designated geographic area of responsibility.Frequent lifting of 20-40 pounds is expected.Reliable transportation.Company information: Garrison Brothers is the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas.
