**Regional Sales Manager - Southeast, Remote**

The Regional Manager of Sales will be a first line manager, who is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales goals for his/her region. The Regional Manager of Sales will manage a team of sales professionals in his/her respective region. The Regional Manager of Sales will oversee staffing of the area with quality individuals through an aggressive program of recruiting, selection, training, and development. The Regional Manager of Sales is responsible for ensuring that companys sales policies and procedures are followed and implemented. The Regional Manager of Sales will deliver sales results per assigned quarterly goal and manage regional staff, metrics, issues, and customers.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**

Attract and retain top sales representative personnel

Attain or exceed sales plan through motivation and activation of field sales representatives

Proactively develop and cultivate a positive working culture

Monitor field activity to ensure balanced workloads; exercise control over resources, budgets and expenses; oversee business operations including accounts receivable, etc.

Execute key sales and marketing strategies

Build and nurture relationships with KOLs

Provide and filter key market insights back to sales and marketing management

Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of the sales region

Positively represent Revance throughout customer locations

Actively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings

Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance

**Education**

Minimum Required:

BS/BA Degree or equivalent

Preferred:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

**Experience**

Minimum Required:

3+ years of sales management experience

5+ years relevant industry experience, preferably in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry

Demonstrate a track record of delivering performance

History of meeting and exceeding sales objectives

Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

Prior roles in sales management, with experience managing sales representatives

Launch experience

Experience in medical aesthetics, working in dermatology and plastic surgery

Experience in cash pay or elective medicine

Experience working in different domains such as marketing, training, finance/budget; data analytics; etc.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

Minimum Required:

Exhibit a high degree of technical expertise

Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing sales teams

Exhibit advanced leadership qualities (e.g., coaching; role modeling; fostering teamwork/collaboration)

Possess advanced business acumen; uses industry and competitor experience to create vision and drive results

Ability to work in a launch or fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment; ability to adapt quickly

Ability to lead through ambiguity and change; demonstrate perseverance and resiliency

Demonstrated track record of persuading and influencing others

Intermediate knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers

Ability to connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships

Advanced analytical, consulting, and business planning skills

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with finances/budgets

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building; to effectively work across diverse customer base

Advanced presentation skills with ability to engage and meet the needs of various audiences
