We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory (CO, NE, KS, MO, OK, AR, TX and LA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the packaging equipment industry.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our packaging equipment.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing, applications, engineering and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services.
  • Working with software, such as Microsoft products (Dynamics, Sales Professional, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional B2B sales required, preferably within a technical industry.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field is desired.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and creating and managing a sales funnel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
