Regional Security Guard Service Account Executive.

Account Executive responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new customer opportunities by promoting QFS Security products and services in the market in the New York Tri-State Area. This role involves B2B sales, focusing on seeking new business, building relationships with prospects, and maintaining connections with existing clients.

Develop on-going relationships with medium and large accounts within the New York Tri-state area, successfully proposing, negotiating, and closing profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new accounts.

Salary:

Base salary $80K ( expense account, commissions, bonuses, and no earnings cap) commensurate with skills, security industry experience, and product knowledge. You also benefit from a generous commission plan with no earnings cap. We will also provide you with a cell phone, laptop, and an auto allowance.

Skills/Abilities:

  • The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of outside B2B consultative sales experience within security guard services.
  • Experience in RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) security services sales is preferred.
  • Other qualifications include meeting sales objectives, strong communication and interpersonal skills, networking abilities, the capability to work under pressure, and a knack for explaining service features and benefits.
  • The right candidate is goal-oriented, competitive, resilient, passionate about selling, and willing to earn a six-figure income with no commission caps.
  • They should also be experienced in customer site walk-throughs, estimating, and identifying service opportunities.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experienced in the security proposal and bid process.
  • Must be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, promote, and conduct presentations to showcase QFS the Security value proposition to clients.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support the operations team with client deployment.
  • Maintains Client relationships to develop new opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative site surveys, system design, estimating, and proposal writing.
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 4-6 years of business experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
