Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to take on a leadership role in one of the most dynamic sectors? TotalEnergies Renewables USA, LLC is expanding its presence in renewable energies, and we are looking for a dedicated Site Lead - Solar & Battery Storage to oversee multiple utility-scale solar farms in the Dallas, Texas area.

About the Role:

As a Site Lead, you will ensure the optimum performance of our power plants, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), technical, and operational aspects. You will manage O&M contractors, support commissioning activities, and report to the Senior Operations Manager. This position is based in the Dallas, TX area with 100% presence on sites/in the field in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce TotalEnergies HSE policies and ensure compliance by external third parties.

Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative activities for multiple large-scale solar and BESS generation sites.

Supervise site personnel, including O&M contractors and equipment vendors.

Support and oversee 3rd party O&M contractors in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations.

Maintain good relations with landowners, suppliers, customers, vendors, service providers, governmental authorities, and contractors.

Assist in developing internal operating policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in engineering or technical diploma/high school diploma with 5 years of related industry experience.

At least 3 years of experience supervising technical, O&M personnel in solar.

Minimum of 10 years of operations and maintenance experience.

In-depth knowledge of HV substation equipment operations and solar power generating equipment and technologies.

Experience with LOTO procedures and Electrical Safe Work practices.

NFPA 70E QEW for LV and HV, SEL, GE protection relays, RTAC, Sungrow, SMA, SiemensGamesa inverters certification, and experience in energy storage and wind renewable energy are pluses.

Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create effective project plans and executive-level reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMMS tools (SAP PM) is a plus.

Willingness to be fully on-site and rotate between sites in the Houston area.

US work permit and valid U.S. driver's license.
