Bison USA is currently hiring full-time In-Cab Instructors for our Amherst, WI!

• Sign On Bonus $5,000 Sign On Bonus
• Pay $100,000/Year

The primary responsibility of the In-Cab Instructor (ICI) is providing over-the-road training for new hire drivers with less than six months of class-A experience. The ICI will share the truck for the duration of the training period. The ICI may also periodically perform refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for drivers on a driver development plan.

• Inclement weather CMV operation

Supervisory:

• Provide complete, accurate and timely documentation of students' performance
• Conduct weekly evaluations of students' progress and report progress to the Training Department
• Establish truck rules and expectations
• Perform corrective coaching

Requirements

• 5 years of verifiable, preventable accident-free experience operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce
• Previous in-cab training experience preferred
• Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
• Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
• Attend quarterly ICI meetings
• Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
