About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales in the East. The successful candidate will be a strategic and tactical leader, responsible for driving revenue and bookings growth within the corporate sector. This role demands a seasoned sales executive with a strong background in enterprise markets, particularly in the technology sector. The Regional Vice President will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive growth plans, leading a team of sales professionals, and fostering key partnerships to ensure the company meets and exceeds its aggressive growth targets. A hands-on approach to sales execution, including driving account strategies and building a robust partner ecosystem, is essential.Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a proven track record as high-performing sales contributors, with at least 3 years' experience in a 2nd-line enterprise sales leadership role. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain strong relationships within enterprise accounts. Familiarity with process-driven sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC, is a strong preference. The ideal candidate will have a background in security software/hardware, networking, subscription-based SaaS, or cloud software, and possess strong technical aptitude. Personal qualities such as high IQ, EQ, and self-awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement are also key attributes for this role. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and the role may involve up to 50% travel.
