Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist

Location: Various locations across New Jersey

Job Type: Part-time (with full-time capabilities if multiple cases are taken on)

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as RBT-certified ABA Therapists! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We have cases available all across New Jersey, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to take on multiple cases for those interested in full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adults in their homes under the guidance of a BCBA.

+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.

+ Collect and record data on client progress.

+ Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care.

+ Attend regular supervision meetings and training sessions.

+ Maintain a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Qualifications:

+ RBT Certification is required (if you don't have it, access free training atthis link ( ).

+ Experience in providing ABA therapy is a plus.

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

+ Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

+ Must pass background checks as required by law.
