Gold HeartABA is a leading provider of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapists to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to use prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop essential skills for independence Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a must.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Key Responsibilities of an (RBT)

  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding the daily activities of clients.
