What You'll Do:
- Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them achieve their developmental goals
- Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support clients and their families with compassion and dedication
- Engage in fun, rewarding activities while promoting skill-building and growth
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for working with children and families
- Dependable and reliable team players who show up ready to make a difference every day
- Open-minded individuals willing to learn and grow through constructive feedback
- A commitment to safety and a willingness to complete a background check
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, and squat for up to an hour a day
- Ability to move quickly and follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace
What Makes You Shine:

- Previous experience with children (not required but a bonus!)
- A desire to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
