We'd love to show you why our teams love working here!This Registered Dental Assistant position comes with a starting range of $25-29 per hour, plus the opportunity for monthly and yearly bonuses! You would also be eligibility for full benefits after 30 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and more!Responsibilities:Taking impressions and pouring up modelsPatient photosX-rays and Cone BeamsSetting up appointments in scheduling platformSetting up and taking down operatory rooms, ensuring that no one needs to leave the surgery roomPlacing orders for basic and implant suppliesAdjusting and relining prosthesisAssisting the doctor during a variety of surgical implant proceduresPre and post op instructionsQualifications:Must be a Registered Dental Assistant or a Dental Assistant with a Limited 1 yr PermitSelf Starter who works well as as a part of a teamPatient-centric with good communication skillsOutgoing and empatheticFlexible and a quick learnerGreat organizational skills and high level of office aptitudeWork with the doctor and do whatever it takes to ensure our patients have an exceptional experience every timeEssential Job Functions:Task and detail orientedAssisting chair-side during surgical proceduresAssisting in delivery of our amazing product to our patientsPre and Post Op appointmentsSetting up and turning over roomsSterilization and daily cleaningManaging patient expectations and delivering THE BEST patient care in the industryOur team members are as diverse as the patients we serve.
