We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to work for a high-profile client located in Phoenix, AZ. What you will do: Provide individualized in-person or virtual nutrition counseling to employees in private and group sessions. Assess, develop and implement personalized dietary care plans to address and improve the needs of each employee. Develop educational program materials in partnership with health care professionals and community resources in order to support strategy development and on-site implementation. Provide support for benefits, wellness, health screening and health fair projects. Travel occasionally to other Optum locations for consultations or lectures. What we are looking for: A bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field. Current professional certification or licensure, such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Licensed Dietitian (in states where licensure is applicable). Two years of experience as a nutritionist. Ability to multi-task, and to execute time-management, problem-solving, organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to network, engage and interact with all clients, guests and members. Willingness and ability to travel as dictated by business needs. Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
