Registered Dietitian (RD)A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join their teamRegistered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified.
• Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.
• Job includes - Assessing patients , completing Nutrition assessments and Care Plans, attending Care Plans meetings, MDS, PEG feeding assessments.
• Meal Tracker and Pointclick Care knowledge a plus.

Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.

Shifts:

• FULL TIME

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 a yearEqual Opportunity Employer
