Registered Nurse Assessor (Hybrid Remote) - Kelly Services : Job Details

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking RN - Field Nurse Assessors to conduct a combination of In-home/ Telehealth assessments in assigned regions of New York. The Nurse Assessor will be responsible for performing accurate evaluations for consumers seeking community-based long-term care services and supports.

Job Requirements Summary:

• Health Evaluations: Proficiency in reviewing health status questions and making evaluations based on UAS criteria.
• Computer Skills: Competence in using web-based applications, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and conducting assessments via Zoom.
• Nursing Knowledge: Understanding of nursing principles, practices, and relevant state laws and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse consumers.
• Sensitivity: Ability to be attuned to the concerns of others.
• Work Environment Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings, with the capability to manage multiple complex tasks independently.

Qualifications:

• Required: Current RN Licensure in New York State - Must be in good standings and free of disciplinary actions.
• Required: New York State ID or Driver's License.
• Required: 1-2 years of RN Home Health experience.
• Preferred: Experience with the geriatric population, and chronic diseases.
• Preferred: Experience conducting assessments in UAS
• Must be comfortable working in the field and performing in-home assessments throughout assigned region.
• Bilingual Preferred: Spanish, Russian, Haitian Creole, Chinese, or Korean.
