Our Community Corners practice utilizes registered nurses in a computer-based role managing triages within our EMR system. Triage content includes acute/chronic symptoms, warfarin management, lab/imaging results, medication refills, referrals, and hospital follow-up coordination. RNs work closely with providers and office staff to facilitate patient care. No on-call, no nights/weekends.
