Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to deliver professional nursing care that prioritizes patient comfort and wellbeing.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions to support patient recovery.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years. RNs with more than 10 years of experience may qualify for exemptions.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in North Carolina (eNLC may apply).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
