Registered Nurse Float Pool Opportunity - Award-Winning Magnet Hospital Near Albany

Unit Overview: Dynamic opportunity for versatile RNs comfortable with multiple specialties. Float Pool nurses provide coverage across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and specialty units based on experience level.

Current Openings:

• Days (7a-7p): 1 position

• Nights (7p-7a): 1 position

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:

• Varies by unit assignment following unit-specific ratios

• Med/Surg: 1:5

• Telemetry: 1:4

• Specialty Units: Based on unit standards

Required Certifications:

• Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)

• BLS/ACLS certification

• PALS preferred

• Telemetry certification (provided if needed)

• Minimum 2 years acute care experience

Compensation Package:

• Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour

• Float Pool Differential: Additional $5/hour

• Shift Differentials:

• Nights: 30%

• Weekends: $3/hour

• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time
