Candidate requirements Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are a plus.
