We are dedicated to being the leader in the application and design of innovative services, fostering new partnerships in the community, promoting excellence in the delivery of care for residents and staff, by anticipating and embracing the ever changing needs of the community we serve.RN Supervisor organizes, oversees, & supervises assigned unit activities & staff assignments & demonstrates clinical expertise which is consistent with the established standards of Nursing PracticeRN Supervisor will identify & respond, appropriately & timely, to patient needsMonitor, observe, & document vital signs, treatments administered, & patient responses.RN Supervisor will administer medications & treatments as neededCommunicate and direct services ongoing or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff as neededIdentify & follow disciplinary action as stated in policyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, & other vendors'/servicesPerform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition.Lead & direct emergency situations - (Fire alarm, Elopement, etc.)Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, & census rosterRequirements:Current & good standing RN License in State of New YorkPrevious experience with geriatric/short term rehabilitation/Alzheimer's patients is desirableProgressive Nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
