Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the nurse supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.
