Job Description: - Manage and oversee the nursing staff during night shifts.- Ensure that patient care and administrative operations run smoothly.- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.- Implement hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care.- Manage any emergencies and operational issues that arise during the shift.- Collaborate with hospital management to work on staffing and operational needs.- Adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the facility while providing patient care.- Participate in self-scheduling and ensure coverage for every other weekend as required.- Chart patient care activities and updates in EPIC.
