The Augusta Health Inpatient Surgical/ Orthopedics Unit is a specialized 24-bed department. As a proud Orthopedic Center of Excellence organization, surgical/orthopedic nurses provide high quality care to a variety of surgical cases, all in the luxury of private rooms. Our patient population experience a variety of operations ranging from orthopedics, general surgery, thoracic, urology, gynecology, and vascular cases. The Surgical Unit will offer you a chance to utilize your excellent assessment skills and broaden your knowledge of both surgical and medical level of care patients.
