Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Intermediate Care? Our facility is looking for a talented and experienced traveler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an intermediate care setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in [State].
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Intermediate Care or a related field.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Experience in Step Down or ICU is a plus.
• Must be willing to float to similar units.
