Registered Nurse - Tandym Group : Job Details

A healthcare network in Western New York is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Rochester. Multiple Positions Available:

• Med Surg/Telemetry
• ICU
• Pulmonary
• CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit)
• OR RN (Operating Room Registered Nurse)
• Step Down Tele
• ED (Emergency Department)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms
• Administer medications as prescribed by Physicians, monitor their effects, and educate patients about medication regimens
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care after discharge.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Assist the Physicians and other healthcare providers in various medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and manage pain levels in patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust pain management plans
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
