RN NEW STARTING WAGE!! *$34.825 - $51.336/Hour* Pay rate may commensurate with experience. + $3 differential for any hours worked! $1.50-$2.50 shift differential *Job duties:Coordination of client care services to include comprehensive admission assessment and care plans. Provide nursing care and on-going assessment. Provide direction and nursing leadership in the accomplishment of care plan and unit care team activities. Act as client advocate and is a leader in quality improvement, safety and infection control.Qualifications / Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska. OTHER: Must pass background checks and complete pre-employment drug screening.Knowledge, skills and abilities:Knowledge of nursing theory and practice; accepted standards of care; policies and procedures governing nursing care; sanitation and infection control standards, policies and procedures and techniques of providing quality nursing care.
