Compensation: $78k - 85k

Marquis Certified Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionatePediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team. As a Home Care Pediatric RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and assess the patient's condition, noting any changes and collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust the care plan accordingly.
  • Educate and support patients and their families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pediatric RN.
  • BLS and PALS certifications required.
  • Experience in home care or pediatric nursing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
