A Skilled Nursing Facility located in Rockaway Park is seeking an Registered Nurse. Type: HC-Contract Schedule: 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7pm (1 part-time and 1 full-time for each shift) & alternating weekends Location: Rockaway Park, NY Responsibilities: Prepares patients for examination, provides referrals and authorizations for patient as needed, perform EKG and application or cardiac monitors, hearing and vision test, phlebotomy, knowledge of equipment in work area, photocopy forms, answering telephones, ensure patients are greeted in a professional manner, proper taking and recording of vital signs, liaison between Family Health Center and inpatient staff.
