RN SupervisorLocated In Brooklyn, NY An elegant long term care, skilled nursing facility located near Brooklyn NY is looking for compassionate and professional RN SupervisorsSalary: $105,000 to $110,000 + 100 per week towards travelAs an RN Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Managing individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
• Utilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents' problems and needs
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their family members
• Monitoring residents' conditions and administering medication & treatments
• Supervising assigned team members.
• Completes Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record according to established protocols.
• Performs related duties, as required.

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY
• Past experience working as an RN Supervisor in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• BCLS, ACLS or PALS, required.
• Excellent communication skills
