This position is in our Boise office.

Typical Duties:

+ Responsible for running independent nurse schedule, including:

+ Forecasting and administering vaccines within clinic, schools, or an offsite environment;

+ Pregnancy tests and counseling;

+ Depo-Provera injections;

+ Treatments for sexually transmitted infections;

+ Blood Draws/ lab collection;

+ Provides lab result notification and data input;

+ Coordinates employee health program;

+ Orders vaccines as needed;

+ Provides training for medical assistants;

+ Provides back-up support for rooming patients;

+ Triages phone calls/in office patients;

+ Provides care coordination, support areas of need within social determinants of health;

+ Performs professional nursing duties in a medical clinic or community setting;

+ Provides health education on a variety of topics to patients, staff, and community partners;

+ Responds to vaccination related questions from patients and community partners;

+ Collaborates with our epidemiology team to assist with outbreak response as needed;

+ Actively participates in continuous quality improvement;

+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse in Idaho as defined by Idaho Code 54-1408 or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code 54-1418, in one of the following compact states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications (these are not required, however, having these qualifications may increase your overall ranking):

Have the ability to speak both English and Spanish.
