JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse (RN)Full-time Position| Full Benefit Package| Competitive WagesSUMMARY OF POSITIONResponsible for assisting the Health Care Provider (HCP) with all aspects of patient care while maintaining a pleasant and professional personality. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, and implement effective nursing practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes in a supportive and dynamic environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Provide professional nursing care to patients.•Assist the HCP during treatment, exams, and procedures.•Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids under the direction of the HCP.•Perform in-house laboratory testing.•Assist the HCP by screening and triaging patient phone calls and by providing phone consultation within established guidelines. •Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting symptoms, medications, and treatments.•Provide patient care using all established safety and regulatory protocols.•Understand and comply with all lab testing protocols. •Capacity to provide and delegate medical care within their licensed scope of practice.•Performs other related duties as assigned.RequirementsSKILLS•Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills•Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.•Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.•Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.•Strong organizational and time-management skills.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing (RN)Required Certifications: Nebraska Nursing License (RN) BLS Certification Preferred Experience: Two years in similar medical field.
