JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time Position| Full Benefit Package| Competitive Wages SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for assisting the Health Care Provider (HCP) with all aspects of patient care while maintaining a pleasant and professional personality. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, and implement effective nursing practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes in a supportive and dynamic environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide professional nursing care to patients. • Assist the HCP during treatment, exams, and procedures. • Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids under the direction of the HCP. • Perform in-house laboratory testing. • Assist the HCP by screening and triaging patient phone calls and by providing phone consultation within established guidelines. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting symptoms, medications, and treatments. • Provide patient care using all established safety and regulatory protocols. • Understand and comply with all lab testing protocols. • Capacity to provide and delegate medical care within their licensed scope of practice. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements SKILLS • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures. • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) Required Certifications: Nebraska Nursing License (RN) BLS Certification Preferred Experience: Two years in similar medical field.
