• Contract Duration 13 weeks
• Pay rate up to $60 - $65/hr

• 60-Mile radius rule
• 168-bed facility
• 7 pm-7:30 am
• NY license
• BLS
• 4 units
• The facility has a mix of long-term, short term and dementia.
• No trachs or vents.
• Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status.
• Head-to-toe assessment, ER transfers in collaboration with medical providers, admission, and order second checks.
