This position is located in Community Long-Term Care (CLTC), Orangeburg County. Are you the One? We are looking for a Registered Nurse, Non-Institutional,who will work under general supervision of Area Administrator and Lead Team Nurse Consultant. Maintains knowledge of CLTC programs and related systems including Phoenix information system and assists other CLTC offices with essential job functions when scheduling permits. Conducts pre-admission screening for persons seeking Medicaid sponsored nursing home placement and for persons seeking admission to various Medicaid waivers and programs such Community Choices, HIV-AIDS, HASCI, Children's Personal Care, TEFRA, and PASRR. Participates in and/or conducts training on PASRR completion and assessment to staff of long-term care facilities and hospitals. Performs all and ongoing oversight and medical consultation for Ventilator Waiver and Children's Personal Care program. Travel to location of assigned cases is necessary for this position.

Minimum and Additional Requirements A Diploma in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing and one (I) year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
