Compensation Details:

• Short-Term Contract: $60/hour for highly qualified candidates
• Hourly Rate Range: $32 - $45/hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-time positions
• Excellent PRN rates also available
• Compensation determined by experience and certifications, with generous shift differentials included.

Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:

• Supervise care, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to aid in recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments for coordinated patient care.
• Serve as a resource for staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patients' victories and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
