Position OverviewHireNow Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our client's Operating Room (OR) in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The RN will provide high-quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively to assess, plan, and implement care, while also supporting patients and their families throughout their surgical journey.Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment:
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
  • Develop a plan of care based on patient needs, capabilities, and desires.
• Care Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the efficient transfer, discharge, and referral of patients.
  • Address patient spiritual and psychosocial needs as appropriate.
• Monitoring & Documentation:
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient care.
• Collaborative Care:
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care in the OR setting.

Qualifications & RequirementsMust-Haves:

• Education:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN or higher preferred).
• Licensure:
  • Current Arizona RN License or compact state license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a general OR setting.
• Certifications:
  • ACLS certification required upon hire.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in clinical quality or safety
• Laser/Safety Officer certification

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
• On-Call: Rotating on-call schedule
