REGISTERED NURSE PER DIEM - Polaris Healthcare Svc : Job Details

Rate: $50-$150; assignment based Seeking PRN assessment RN for assessment work in Herkimer and surrounding areas. Nurse will be responsible for the completion of assessments including all required paperwork while ensuring timely submission. Requirements:

• Current and Valid NYS RN License
• Experience with computers including electronic documentation programs
• Access to a car
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Homecare experience
• Assessment experience
• UAS certified
