Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are hiring an RN PRN for our CV Prep & Recovery
The Shift:
Day shift 7 a to 7 p - 7 days per week
Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance
PRN requirements: Employees who have work commitments that are at minimum 3 shifts within a 6 week period. Employee must work one weekend shift within 6 weeks and 1 minor holiday
Responsibilities:
* In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
* Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
* Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
* Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position.
Minimum 2 years Critical Care or ER RN experience strongly preferred
